IDENTIGENE has a Twitter account located at @IDENTIGENE.

IDENTIGENE utilizes Twitter to keep up with current events and conversations relating to the topics of DNA, DNA paternity testing and other areas of interest.   IDENTIGENE also uses Twitter as a means of communication with industry leaders, customers, potential customers and the general public.

Twitter Follow Policy

IDENTIGENE primarily follows organizations, businesses, celebrities, bloggers, entertainment entities, news channels, etc. with whom we believe we have common interests. Due to the personal nature of IDENTIGENE services, customers may feel more comfortable communicating with us via direct messaging (DM).  If you wish to DM @IDENTIGENE and we aren't following you, just mention us (@IDENTIGENE) and that you have a DM question for us.

Twitter Content Management

IDENTIGENE routinely searches for anyone mentioning IDENTIGENE in Twitter posts. If appropriate, IDENTIGENE will reply to posts or retweet them. IDENTIGENE regularly “tweets” and “retweets”. If you need immediate customer support, it is recommended that you contact IDENTIGENE customer support directly via telephone or online chat.   • Diagnose or provide medical or legal advice. However, we may suggest seeking medical or legal assistance.

IDENTIGENE Employee Personal Twitter Accounts

A number of IDENTIGENE employees are Twitter users. Some disclose IDENTIGENE as their employer. Personal accounts are respected by IDENTIGENE. Personal Twitter accounts and their content are not monitored by IDENTIGENE and statements, links or connections should be recognized as personal and not considered corporate communication.  IDENTIGENE asks that customers do not contact employees’ personal accounts for customer service matters, but rather, contact Client Support at (888) 404-GENE, Monday – Friday from 9 am to 8 pm EST.  In addition, IDENTIGENE stresses internet safety with its employees and emphasizes caution when interacting with someone that isn’t known personally.

IDENTIGENE utilizes Facebook as a forum for communication regarding DNA, DNA paternity testing and other topics we think may be of interest to Facebook users.

Facebook Posting Policy

IDENTIGENE actively manages its Facebook page. Through this social media site, we connect with our followers and other Facebook users by posting information regarding DNA, DNA paternity testing and other topics we think may be of interest to Facebook users.  It is common for IDENTIGENE to post links to news articles, fact sheets and blogs. We also maintain a corporate photo album and at any given time IDENTIGENE may also maintain separate pages for charity sponsorships or other purposes.

Facebook is monitored by our social media staff daily. If you have a question, please feel free to private message us on Facebook. A staff member will answer as quickly as possible. IDENTIGENE enjoys sharing in-depth stories concerning IDENTIGENE, DNA paternity tests, and related topics.  We do this through our Word Press blog, dnatesting.com/dna-testing-blog/.

Please feel free to make comments on our blog. We enjoy hearing what others think about a topic. We also encourage readers to share personal stories if desired. In order for comments to post on our blog, they must first be approved by a blog administrator. Approval is based on relevance and content.  Comments will not be approved if they do not meet these criteria or contain inappropriate language, false information or malicious intent.
