CLIENT SUPPORT REP I
IDENTIGENE, a leader in DNA and paternity testing services, is currently seeking a bilingual individual to join the client support team. Duties include communication with customers through inbound calls and email, monitoring customer order status, recording customer comments and general resolution of customer inquiries. This is not a cold calling sales position or high pressure environment. We offer an excellent starting pay of $11 to $13/hour DOE. Work schedule is Monday through Friday!

- 2 years Customer Service experience
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills; proficient with Microsoft applications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- 3+ Years of Customer Service experience
