All DNA test samples are shipped to us by overnight express mail services. If you collect the
DNA samples yourself, you will receive an express mail envelope to mail the specimens to IDENTIGENE. If your samples are collected at one of our
nationwide DNA testing collection facilities, the employees of that facility will ship the samples to IDENTIGENE
by overnight mail. We ship samples in this fashion to guarantee you the quickest possible reporting of your
DNA test results. The specimens arrive at our laboratory by 10:30 A.M. on the day after they are sent to us. This enables us to begin the DNA extraction process on the day of receipt in the laboratory.
